Reservations

The Blue Heron Inn is a small property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. Please make reservations in advance whenever possible.

PAYMENT: We secure your reservation by credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Final charges are not made to your credit card until check out.

Check-In Time: After 3:00 pm

Late arrivals are perfectly fine. Please check the front door of the main lodge for further instructions upon your arrival.

Check-Out Time: 11:00 am

Cancellations

If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 7 (seven) days prior to your arrival date to avoid cancellation charges.

Children

The Blue Heron Inn, being a romantic get away combined with its proximity to the river, is not suitable for small children. No children under the age of 12, please. Extra guests 12 years of age and older can be accommodated in the larger rooms such as the Carriage House, Blue Heron Suite and Canyon Suite only. Please do not ask for exceptions to this rule in the smaller rooms, as they will not accommodate a roll away bed. Please be advised of additional charges for roll-away beds and additional charge for extra breakfast guests.

For Your Comfort

We are a nonsmoking Inn. NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED IN THE LODGE, IT’S ROOMS OR ANY OF THE OUT BUILDINGS. Please be considerate of others when smoking on the grounds. If it is found that smoking has occurred in your room, a payment equal to one nights stay will be charged to your credit card.

Pets

Pets are accommodated by special arrangement and only in the Carriage House room. Pets are not allowed in any of the rooms or in the main lodge at any time.
