We have now entered our 2025 busy season.  Our guests from around the world are enjoying Yellowstone and Grand Teton national parks.   Some are simply relaxing at our lodge, enjoying the hot tub, movie theater, billiards, library, reading nook, baby grand piano, backyard campfire, stargazing, and nature views from the decks and great room.  Others are angling on the South Fork of the Snake River, a renowned trout fishery. If you catch a big one, I’ll cook it for you!

A full moon reflecting on the river is magical.   Passing drift boats with fly fishers is a frequent summer treat.  The other day we had three moose on the front steps!  Eagles perch on their favorite branch and an osprey enlarges her nest on the railroad bridge.

The Blue Heron Inn Bed and Breakfast is located on the bank of the South Fork of the Snake River. The Snake River here in Idaho is world renowned for excellent fishing.
